Refund policy

At Illuzion Jewelry, we strive to provide each and every customer with an experience that makes them feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. We are confident that our selection will bring you many years of enjoyment, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item based on our current Return and Exchange Policy.

Each individual request will be personally handled by the owner herself.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Jewelry must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unaltered, all original tags, and in its original packaging. Items will be closely inspected, since they must be the correct item & free of any scratches, dents, blemishes, missing stones, or without any damages to qualify for full refund. Without any exception any wrong items, used scratched, dented, blemished, missing stones, or any customer damaged items will not qualify for a refund. 


How to begin a Return Request for your online purchase at Illuzion Jewelry?

  • Start a Return Request by sending an email to illuzionjewelry@gmail.com
  • Once, your Return Request is approved, a confirmation email with instructions regarding your return will be emailed to you.
  • Pack the item securely. Use the original package. Enclose the original or a copy of the packing slip.
  • Further details including the return center address will be issued by email upon return request approval.
  • After the carrier receives your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process, and inspect your return. Certain items can take up to 29 days. Our facility typically process returns within 2-4 business days after the carrier delivers the item to our Returns Center.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Any custom or personalized items, special orders, resizing, altering, are not accepted once modification is completed. LAST CHANCE TO CANCEL MODFICATION EMAIL ALERT, will be emailed to customer before we process your Illuzion Modification Request the day of, once the Modification Request is processed, item is deemed unreturnable. Please contact us right away if you have questions or concerns about your customized item so we may immediately attend to your concern.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate new purchase for the new item.

How Long Do Refunds Take?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 


Please note that your original shipping and handling or other additional costs will not be refunded. Certain items may incur variable re-stocking fee depending the item. An email confirmation will be sent to the provided customers email address with further instructions regarding your return.
Sale items or gift cards are final sale.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
